Deposit Secured Loans
Share Secured Loan
To determine the rate on a Share Secured Loan, Add 3 percentage points to the dividend rate being paid on the share account at the time the loan is booked. Terms run from 1 - 72 months. Requirements: You must maintain a share account balance at least equal to the loan balance at all times.
Certificate of Deposit Secured Loan
To determine the rate on a CD Secured Loan, Add 3 percentage points to the dividend rate being paid on the CD at the time the loan is booked. Terms cannot exceed the maturity date of the CD. Requirements: You must maintain a CD account balance at least equal to the loan balance at all times.
