• All fraudulent attempts should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission by calling their toll-free Identity Theft helpline: 1-877-ID-THEFT (1-877-438-4338) or by their online complaint form.
• If you inadvertently respond and provide confidential account information, please notify Northern Federal Credit Union immediately. You should change affected accounts and PINs, and take any additional action recommended to protect your account.
