Account Solutions Supervisor

This individual reports to the Account Solutions Manager and will be responsible for leading the Account Solutions department, insuring employees are highly engaged, career focused individuals that take pride in consistently meeting and exceeding Northern's established goals. This will be done through effective objective and goal setting, mentoring and developing employees to increase efficiency and enhance productivity in support of Northern's strategic direction, mission, and vision.

The ideal candidate will have solid leadership qualities, be a well organized professional with excellent listening and communication skills. Must also exhibit sound, independent judgment and have a proven track record for multi-tasking and performing duties in a fast paced environment. Associates degree with three or more years experience in a leadership role required.

Human Resource Associate

This individual is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing orientation and training programs, maintaining the HRIS, and assisting with recruiting. The position requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills that exudes high energy and brings both vision and passion in helping people achieve their training and education objectives. Incumbent must exhibit exceptional verbal communication and writing skills, creative problem solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and the regular exercise of sound, independent judgment. Associates degree with 2 or more years of progressive experience in a related position required, retail sales environment desired.

Call Center Representative

Individual will report to the Financial Service Center Supervisor and will be responsible for providing a “WOW” atmosphere through our telephone delivery channel.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that possesses excellent listening and communication skills. Must also exhibit sound, independent judgment and have a proven track record for multi-tasking and performing duties in a fast paced environment. Two years of customer service, retail experience or call center experience required. The position is part time and offers flexible scheduling (including nights and weekends).

Part Time Tellers

If you are looking to start your career in a financial institution with opportunities to advance through tiers and a competitive benefits package then this is what you've been searching for. Ideal candidates will be highly participative team players focused on member service and building relationships. Previous retail sales experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills are required. Ability to have a fun filled time at work. Saturdays will be required.

Account Services Representative

We are seeking a career-oriented professional to join our expanding Automated Account Services Team. Primary responsibilities include performing or assisting with the balancing, recording, and verifying of the daily activity for our Automated Services Products and related support functions. These products and services include card processing, online banking services, and ACH processing. The successful candidate must be team oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record for multi-tasking and performing duties in a fast paced environment. PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs required.

IT Technician

We are seeking a part time IT Technician (30-35 hours/week) to be a part of Northern's team. Candidate must have proficient hardware/software skills and working knowledge of computer networks. Responsible for providing technical support to the entire organization. Will perform setup, installation, maintenance, and repair for all software applications, hardware and printer configurations.

Qualifications: Degree or Certificate for appropriate level of technical knowledge with 1 to 2 years of current, relevant experience. Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and thrive in a confidential team environment.

Financial Service Associate

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated professional with vision, ambition and a passion for enhancing customer's financial experiences to join our expanding Sales & Service Team. Ideal candidates will be highly participative team players focused on customer service and building relationships. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Collections

This individual will join NFCU's Credit Solutions Department. Minimum requirements include; 2 years + experience in collections in a Financial Institution working with both Consumer and Real Estate loans; Demonstrate a working knowledge of banking regulations governing collections.

Candidate must have strong organizational, communication and PC skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software; Ability to produce and utilize required reports. Ideal candidate will have experience with bankruptcy filings and related regulations, and possess an AAS degree in relevant field.
