Virtual Solutions Professional

How would you like to join a department that assists members at any location through remote service delivery? We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated professional with vision, ambition and a passion for enhancing customer's financial experiences to join our expanding Virtual Solutions Department using innovative delivery channels. Responsible for assisting members with loan requests, explaining different consumer, home equity, and mortgage loan products, counseling members regarding the product that best suits their needs, providing quotes, loan payments, and terms.

The successful candidate will possess: exceptional relationship building skills; strong communication, presentation and time management skills; and the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment. Proven track record of loan decisioning and underwriting. Previous lending and underwriting experience in a financial institution is required. Training program provided.

Mortgage Originator – St. Lawrence County

The qualified candidate will be responsible for creating and cultivating partnerships and lasting relationships with the area real estate community and our members in the St. Lawrence County area. The individual will be required to provide consistently high levels of service while assisting members with the mortgage application process. Participation in community organizations and events is expected in order to increase Credit Union visibility, network with existing partners and encourage new relationships.

This challenging position requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and ingenuity. The individual must have excellent communication skills, sound judgment and the ability to work independently. Excellent presentation skills are a must. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals, along with 2 years of relevant experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry are required. This position offers a highly competitive commission based compensation plan with unlimited salary potential.
